We live in a fast paced frenetic environment where our bodies and minds are constantly engaged and active in a way that doesn't always serve us. We have created a beautiful space in a small intimate studio, when you walk through the door you will feel a sense of peace and belonging. Our classes are for everyone, adjusting the pose to the person. Moving the body through gentle transitions and finding your 'edge' - the balance of self-effort and surrender. |
Our Yoga Classes
Yoga is an ancient system of philosophies, principles and practices from the Vedic tradition of India and the Himalayas. Yoga is an intricate and multi facet system that recognises the true nature of the human person. The system and various techniques of Yoga cultivate the experience of union of the body, mind and spirit, which leads to internal peacefulness, and clarity of the mind. This system
is designed to cultivate health and happiness, and a greater sense of self-awareness.

Yoga Classes
Our classes combine gentle yoga flowing sequences that move into deeper holding poses, whilst connecting deeply with the breath.
Class sizes are small and personalised with each student receiving the attention they need. We can offer hands on adjustments to assist with correct alignment so that each pose is just right for your body which will allow you to surrender and release.
Classes are 1hr & 15min & in all classes we spend time in deep relaxation - Shavasana.
Suitable for all levels - beginners welcome. $20 per casual class
BYO Mat (I do have spares if needed) $10 per class (children and students)
$96 - 6 x class pass
Meditation Sessions
Meditation has many benefits on the physical body from relieving stress, lowering blood pressure, extending your life span, boosting your immune system and an overall improvement in the quality of your life.
You will be guided through simple breathing exercises (Pranayama) and various meditation techniques. You will learn to establish a daily home practice.
